our vision

Our vision...

Our vision as a church and community is to see Jesus Christ magnified.  We know that he is the only hope for our generation. Therefore we gather together to worship Him and make Him known to others. Our prayer and mission is that for the Inland Empire and to the ends of the earth souls will come to worship Him and be rescued from hell to a life of eternal beauty and joy with the Saviour Jesus Christ!

We Are

We are real people infused with dynamic faith, committed to a common vision, joined together in the covenant love of our Creator.

We Used to Be…

We used to be completely broken but are now grateful for undeserved redemption, astonished by amazing Grace, healed by forgiveness and humbled by the divine invitation to be included in the greatest cause on earth.

We Serve…

We serve a good and perfect God. The nations are His dwelling and our lives are His vessels. We have compassion for the poor, and our hearts are open to the rich.

What We Believe

We Believe that Jesus Christ is the greatest treasure

in the universe and in him alone is "fullness of joy"

1.We believe: the bible to be the inspired, infallible, authoritative, and the inerrant Word of God. The Believer should apply the scripture as the objective truths of God to their lives (2 Timothy 3:15-17, 2 Peter 1:21)

2.We believe: there is one God, eternally existing in three persons: the Father, Son and Holy Spirit (Genesis 1:1, Deuteronomy 6:4, Matthew 28:19, John 10:30).

3.We believe: in the deity of Christ (John 10:33). His virgin birth (Isaiah 7:14, Matthew 1:23, Luke 1:34-35); His sinless life (Hebrews 4:15, 7:26); His miracles (John 2:11); His vicarious and atoning death (1 Corinthians 15:3, Ephesians 1:7, Hebrews 2:9); His resurrection (John 11:25, 1 Corinthians 15:4); His ascension to the right hand of the Father (Mark 16:19); His personal return to earth in power and glory (Acts 1:11, Revelation 19:11-13, Revelation 19:14-16)

4.We believe: in the absolute necessity of regeneration by the Holy Spirit for salvation because of the exceeding sinfulness of  the human nature, and that all are justified on the single ground of faith in the shed blood of Christ, and that only by God's  grace through faith alone are we saved (John 3:16-19; John 5:24, Romans 3:23; Romans 5:8-9, Ephesians 2:8:8-10, Titus 3:5).

5.We Believe: in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by Whose indwelling the Christian is enabled and empowered to live a godly life (Romans 8:13-14, 1 Corinthians 3:16; 1 Corinthians 6:19-20; Ephesians 4:30; Ephesians 5:18)

6.We Believe: in the baptism of the Holy Spirit. That this is a second experience after regeneration. The gifts of the Holy Spirit  are for today (Acts 1:8; 10:44-48 7.We believe: that we as Christians are examples of the love of God in this world. It is this (agape) love that we desire to possess and without which we have no right to call ourselves Christians (1 John 4:16-17)

    About Us

A bilingual church that has its beginnings in southern California during the Jesus Movement. What started as a home bible study eventually led to a group of believers occupying the last bar in a Rancho Cucamonga Barrio.

The church was planted and has been led by Pastor Manuel and Linda Torrez for nearly 30 years. From a barrio in southern California to the villages of North East India La Roca Fellowship is an extension of God's Love and grace here simply to serve as Christ has so majestically loved and served us.

"For even the son of man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many." Mark 10:45
